Wednesday April 3rd Death and the King's Horseman Reading day

In class:  Collect your notebooks. On a new page, write a MLA heading. 
Respond to the following prompt: Make sure your response is grammatically correct and follows language conventions.  This will be collected in 10 minutes.

Directions: collect your notebooks. If you do not have one, please take out a lined sheet of paper and write an MLA heading.
Copy the following prompt by Mahatma Gandhi:



"Gentleness, self-sacrafice and generosity are the exclusive possession of no one race or religion."

Now in three to five sentences, 
consider the responsibilities of the Praise Singer as Elesin, the Praise Singer based upon  his conversation in the marketplace, and connect this to the quote.

Let's first make sure everyone understands the Gandhi's words
